Summary0000104: = Division by zero
DescriptionHi,
Any clues as the cause of this error below. When doing a Z test for positive selection megacc works fine for some fasta alignments but not others. Note: All fasta alignments work fine for Z-test for Neutrality.

Executing analysis:

  0% Preparing output MEGA-CC has logged the following error:
  When = 25-3-16 09:41:16
  Data file = tcdC.fasta
  AnalysisFile = ./zTest_coding.mao
  Message = Division by zero

The second part of this bug does not seem to make any sense and in my opinion the feature is working just as it should. When It encounters a non-nucleotide character it simply copies that character in the correct compiliment position. It is,of course, impossible to compliment a non-nucleotide character. When nucleotide characters are mixed in with ambiguous strings it will compliment them when they are encountered. This behaviour appears to be correct to me.
