| Description | This is for MEGA-X running on MacOsX 10.13. I was exploring gamma shape functions for a set of NA sequences. I ran with 5 categories, and then with 3, both fine. Program crashed when adjusting the number of gamma categories from 3 to 4 - I did not get to actually run the calculations. The traceback listing is below. I ran the program again on the same dataset; this time it calculated for 4 categories, then crashed when I tried to change the number, i.e. it crashed when I clicked on the relevant field in the Gamma calculation dialog. | ||||||||
