Summary | 0001179: Is it possible to get a value greater than 1 when computing pairwise distances? |
Description | I got a value greater than 1.000 when I use 'Compute Pairwise Distances' to calculate the intraspecific distance of Harmostes reflexulus.
There is one sequence in the dataset that is significantly different from the others. I think that sequence maybe from another species, but I am not sure is it possible to get a value greater than 1 when using 'Compute Pairwise Distances' to calculate the distance between different species? |
