Summary | 0000123: Protein viewer will not display final amino acid unless extra space added at end |
Description | I have been using MEGA 6.06 (6140226), and when I switch between the DNA and protein tabs in the alignment explorer, the final three nucleotides do not get translated into an amino acid unless there is at least one dash or other character to the right of them. In other words, the final amino acid does not get displayed in the protein tab. This has been observed in multiple instances on multiple computers. Occasional error messages have also cropped up when switching between protein / DNA views. (Will update with error message if possible). |
