Summary | 0001327: Issues with opening tree sessions |
Description | After creating a large tree ( >200 sequences) in MEGA 7, and saving as an .mts file, I have issues with re-opening the file. It gives me the error: "Oh no! An error occurred when reading the session file. It may be corrupted: Out of memory". I've had to rebuild trees from scratch in order to view them again. However, I do not have this problem with trees that have fewer then 0000046:0000070 sequences. My colleague that also uses MEGA 7 does not have this problem with large datasets. As far as we know, we are using the same version of MEGA 7. |
Steps To Reproduce | Will provide the file I am attempting to open. Right-click and select "Open with MEGA". |
