| Description | i used a gamma interger valu with comma (exemple: 1,1) after that a message invalid interger value appeared. It,'s impossible to correct this, even reinstalling MEGa 7. What to do? | ||||||||

The bug occurs because there is a PChar size limit of 65K on the FBuff in the tokenizer. We should probably use AnsiString in the class which will allow us to handle files of 2GB in size. |

Hi Bruno, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. To resolve the issue you have encountered, delete any MEGA_XXXXXXX folders in your APPDATA directory. You can accomplish this as follows: In Windows explorer type %appdata% in the address bar and press 'enter' on your keyboard. This will take you to the APPDATA directory (some thing like c:\Users\Username\AppData\Roaming) In that folder, delete any MEGA folders (e.g. MEGA7_7160202-x86_64) -- Best regards, Glen Stecher Institute for Genomics and Evolutionary Medicine igem.temple.edu |
