| Summary | 0001629: Copy and pasting sequence |
| Description | I used to use mega often for exploring and manipulating sequence alignments. I recently updated to a newer version and found that I can no longer paste in fasta sequences in the alignment explorer. I can now only import sequences from a file or open alignments from a file. This extra effort to do a very simple task that used to work perfectly well, has put me off using mega completely. |
