| Description | Error message - 'Oh no! An error occurred: [TCustomForm.SetFocus] AlignEditMainForm:TAlignEditMainForm Can not focus'. This message appears when trying to complete an alignment using Clustal W by codons. However, it does not occur when using Muscle by codons. |
| Steps To Reproduce | - open a file/session
- sequence file selected (fasta)
- pop up box appears 'analyze or align file?'
- select 'align'
- select 'alignment' from upper toolbar
- from drop down menu select 'align by Clustal W (codons)'
- all of the sequences within the file are selected
- using the default alignment options, select 'ok'
