0001878: File Upload - read past end of file

Description

If I select a .mas file to perform a "Phylogeny - Construct/Test Neighbor-Joining Tree...", the starts to do something. But then a window opens, which says "read past end of file" --> ok. Then the window closes and nothing happens. I can't do anything against it.

Steps To Reproduce

As I have done above with my file I have created.
