| Description | I just downloaded and started using mega 7, but I've noticed that once my tree is created I cannot change the titles of the sequences that appear next to the branches like I could in mega 6. Hi Christina, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. Currently in MEGA7, editing of taxa names is not supported. In MEGA7, the tree drawing canvas was replaced to support the display of larger trees and the name editing feature has not been added back in. It may return in the future but there is no timetable to do so. -- Best regards, Glen Stecher |
