Summary | 0001981: timetree computation causes mega to close |
Description | I also installed Mega on my Mac (macOS 10.14.6) after it crashed repeatedly on my linux ubuntu (19.10).
I create a tree with the data and when I try to run a timetree computation, the entire program closes. It crashes on both platforms right after starting the computation without an error message. |
Steps To Reproduce | 1. open DFmb_phyDat.alter.meg
2. phylogeny:maxlikelihood,bs support = 100, use all sites, GTR+G+I model (it will crash with any tree though)
3. once I have the tree, I click on the compute timetree button and select an outgroup(DF_AY76886,DF_AY768827,DF_AY68828).
4. run the analysis and it will crash shortly after, closing the entire program
|
Additional Information | I have used other data sets that also result in the program crashing on both my mac and ubuntu. I'm using http://www.sing-group.org/ALTER/ [^] to change .nex alignments to .meg. I included the smallest dataset I have but can send the others if needed. |
