| Description | after opening the distance/ pairwise distance option from the main menu a tab opens MX: Analysis Preference. here after setting the parameters there is no compute option. the option instead is save settings. | ||||||||

Hi Soumik, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. It looks like you have MEGA set to the prototype mode.
