| Description | To whom it may concern,
I have been experiencing a recent issue while performing an alignment on Mega X. the following message come up 'error alignment failed: muscle log file did not end correctly. suggesting an unhandled exception'. Please can you kindly assist me in correcting this issue.

| Steps To Reproduce | I have attached my input file. I simply perform a muscle alignment by codons and the message appears shortly after the calculation starts. |
