Summary | 0000230: Possible Error calculations in MEGA 6.06 |
Description | MEGA 6.06 version was run for a phylogenetic analysis using DNA COI sequences. Surprisingly when the 'disparity Index test for pattern heterogeneity' was run using 24 sequences, the calculated disparity index was 0.000 for a pair of sequences (one was an outgroup) which had 63 nt differences between them. The corresponding p value was 1.000.
This was the result for several sequences in the set. Would it be possible to have an error calculation in MEGA 6.0?
