(0002243) user614 1969-12-31 17:33	Hello Henk, I am responding to your question regarding the ability to save trace data with alignment files in MEGA. Unfortunately MEGA does not currently enable this functionality. You can still open up trace files and an alignment file at the same time, however MEGA does not maintain an association between trace files and sequences in an alignment and so editing one does not propagate changes to the other. In MEGA version 7 for Mac OS there is no option to copy to clipboard. This is because MEGA 7 (which is a Windows software) is using Wine to run on Mac OS and the version of Wine being used does not support this.
