0002910: protein alignment

Description

Hello,
I don't understand why when I want to add sequences from a previous alignment to a new one a message appears and says "not yet implemented". That doesn't make sense it's the same format, for the same type of alignment (protein).
This makes me lose a lot of time. I will never use this software anymore after that :(
