Summary | 0000297: Retrieving nacestral state reconstrutions |
Description | Hello:
I recently performed a ML ancestral state reconstruction analysis on a DNA sequence data set I am analyzing for a client. The results are presented in Tree Explorer as individual sites mapped to tree branches. Is there any way to extract all of the reconstructed states collectively, such as a table of nodes and states? If there isn't could you please consider adding this to future releases?
Thank you,
