| Summary | 0000300: Constructing different MH Tree from Win-GUI and Linux-CC |
| Description | Hi MEGA team,
I tried to apply MEGA 7 Win7-GUI and Other Linux-CC versions for MH Tree construction, but there were some unexpected results. The data I used were 6 Lactobacillus genome downloaded from NCBI. 6 Lactobacillus were aligned by ClustalW in MEGA7, and exported as .meg file format. Unexpectedly, I got two different MH trees which were constructed by the same alignment file (.meg file) and same default parameters. I would appreciate if you give me some suggestions about MEGA7 MH Tree construction. Cheers!
