Summary0003176: Values of branch lengths are incorrectly shown
DescriptionValues of branch lengths are incorrectly shown in the UPGMA tree.
Steps To Reproduce1. Using an attached fasta file, UPGMA tree was reconstructed with p-distance.
2. Value of branch lenghth between the root and Seq 4 was shown as 0.308, while the value between the root and the Seq 1-3 clade was shown as 0.000.
Additional InformationTthe problem was also reploduced in the Windows version.
