| Description | Dear,
For a submission of a phylogenic tree calculation, a table in the M11: Ssequence data explorer and tree proposal were generated in the M11: Tree explorer interface. A last file is saved in .mtsx format. However, this file cannot be reopened by M11, and an error message appeared : "Oh no! An error occurred when reading file: Access violation" (Win10). Can you inform us about the error? how to understand access violation? For a technical problem, what solution can you bring us?
