| Description | 1) During the phylogenetic analysis, MEGA does not allow Mac users to condense the tree that was built using ML method. In Windows this function works fine 2) A multiple alignment file in FASTA format opens somehow with the first nucleotide deleted. I cannot really figure out why: I have seen it on MEGA11 on PC and on Macs. Some computers have this issue and some do not, not sure why. Could it be something in settings? | ||||||||||||
