| Summary | 0000373: Not enough memory |
| Description | Greetings. I am trying to use MEGA 7 to generate a 1000 bootstrap ML tree but after ~260 boostrap replicates, Windows shows a warning of Not enough memory and that MEGA should be closed. I have a dataset of 62 proteins and the settings are all standard, besides the recommended substitution model that is LG+G. I would like to know if there's a fix for this issue. My computer specs are: Intel Core i7-5500U CPU 2.4GHz 6,00GB RAM, x64 processor. |
