| Description | Dear Mega Team, Thanks for creating an excellent tool for phlogenetic analysis. I have 10 DNA sequences having length of about 30MB. Is is possible to align and analyse such long DNA sequences in Mega 11? Alternatively, can you please suggest some tool that could be used for the comparing long DNA fragments. with best regards, Dr. N H. Hello Keiji, I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding a missing bootstrap value in an NJ tree. I see from the session file that you submitted that the bootstrap value was calculated but not displayed. We will add this to our todo list for the next release of MEGA. In the meantime, you can find the calculated bootstrap confidence value for that branch by selecting it in the tree and displaying the information dialog(File->Show Information). The bootstrap value is displayed correctly. Note that the branch is bent up to the upmost subtree, where the bootstrap value, 92, is displayed. |
