Report bugs or other issues regarding the MEGA software

Hi
I am using MEGA 7 and it's giving "oh no bla bla" conversation error.
It doesn't even open the text file which has single or multiple sequence with correct FASTA format and let alone to convert into MEGA format (.meg FAST).

If I restart sometimes it works, but that's troublesome.
What solution can we resort to solve this? Thanks, Diaz
