Summary | 0000496: error: no alignment log file was found |
Description | When attempting to align the fasta file (attached), I keep getting "error: no alignment log file was found." It seems like this is a bug. I am able to align ~10 seqs at a time with no problem from the same file, but when I select all for alignment it fails.
Any tips or suggestions? Thanks in advance for your time and for supporting a great open-source program! |
Steps To Reproduce | Align fasta file with muscle default options. File is non-coding dna seqs. |
