Hi Yuji, I am writing in response to your questions regarding the MEGA software. MEGA is provided free of charge. However, it is not permissible to redistribute MEGA in any form to other users. Can you be more specific about the kind of permission you need? As far as running MEGA on Windows systems, administrator privileges are not required.
