Hi Shomarka,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. To import a distance matrix into MEGA, first put it in a .meg formatted text file, then open it with MEGA. The .meg format is described in the help documentation. There are also examples in the sample files that are distributed with MEGA (should be in a folder named something like c:\pathToYourHomeFolder\ Documents\MEGA7).
