Description | I have two questions regarding ancestral state reconstruction (ASR) in MEGA7:
1) The features section of the website says that MEGA has the options of parsimony or Bayesian reconstruction, but the application only gives options for parsimony and maximum likelihood. Which is correct?
2) The manual provides a description of what ASR is, But doesn't give any instructions about how to do it. I can only get it to construct one position in the sequence at a time. Is there a way to make it do all of |
