 Hi Melanie,

I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA web browser. The error message you see is caused by a timeout or a cache miss. You can try clicking the refresh button to reload the page. If that does not work, you can always fallback to your own web browser. Then, data that you want to analyze in MEGA can be downloaded to FASTA files and imported via MEGA’s Aligment Explorer.
