| Description | An error accured after I hit 'compute' to estimate a substitution matrix with my nucleotides data. |
| Steps To Reproduce | I loaded my alligned data as .meg file in the program, after that i went to 'Models > Estimate Substitution MAtrix (ML)...'. In the 'analysis preference window I changed 'Substitutions Type' to Nucleotides and the 'Model/Method' to 'Jukes-Canto-Model'. All other fields were left in default preferences. After I hit the 'Compute' button the error accured. |
| Additional Information | I work on a MacBook Pro (Mid 2012) with MacOs 10.13.1, 8 GB RAM and
a 2,5 GHz Intel Core i5 processor. |
