| Description | I'm trying to build ML phylogenetic tree. It worked properly when i use 10, 20 or probably 50 bootstrap, but MEGA keeps shutting down after 80 bootstrap, sometime 150 bootstrap, sometime 266 bootstrap. I uninstall and reinstall the software, but it couldn't solve my problem. Please solve my problem, i need to build tree, i don't wanna spend my time and shift to other software. Looking forward for your response.
