| Summary | 0000065: unreadable newick tree exported |
| Description | I made dating (RelTime) analysis with my tree and export the resulted timetree as a newick tree. Unrotunately I found any other program beyond the MEGA7 which will be able to correctly read the tree (I prefer R). The exported tree seems not to be ultrametric and also contains negative branch lengths.
Sample tree resulting from the dating procedure is appended. |
