| Summary | 0000652: OLE error when trying to export p-distances |
| Description | Using OSX 10.13.1 with MEGA7 GUI, recently downloaded.
I import an alignment of nucleotide sequences in fasta format, add group names, then run pairwise distance calculations. I've been using p-distance with 1,000 bootstraps. All of this works fine. My results look normal in the viewer.
The problem is when I click on File->Export/Print Distances. I select CSV, three decimal points, and values in lower left corner. I then click ok, and I get an OLE error, as shown in attached pictures. Clicking ok then opens the other window where you can save the data on your computer but it comes up blank.
I've tried uninstalling an re-installing the software, but I get the same error. I'm not sure what to do, but need a fix for this fast, or an alternative option.
