| Summary | 0006647: Automatic shut down |
| Description | I have been trying to run a maximum likelihood bootstrap model (TN93 + G + I x 1000x replicates) and I am having significant issues. In the middle of running, the software has automatically shut down 4 times since yesterday (1/2/25). I originally was working of my work computer, but after the 3rd time the software had crashed, I switched to my personal laptop and downloaded MEGA11 from the MEGA home website this morning. The model made it to 950 replicates until it crashed once again on my personal computer. If I could have some assistance with this issue, I would greatly appreciate it.
