| Summary | 0006749: file incompatibility? |
| Description | Hi, i am having trouble opening .nwk and .meg files created with MEGA12 in the MEGA11, both in the windows version of the app as well as in the macOS MEGA11. I've tried downloading the saved files to my desktop, then opening them, but it still doesn't work. Specifically, i get an error saying the files are incorrectly formatted, or the MEGA11 app crashes completely. |
| Additional Information | all the attached files were created with MEGA12 and won't open in MEGA11 on windows 11 nor in macos MEGA11, but open without issue in windows MEGA12. |
