| Summary | 0000071: Why exist the difference of phylogenetic tree constructed by MEGA 4.0 and 6.0 |
| Description | Dear Sir or Madam,
Recently I used MEGA 6.0 to construct a phylogenetic tree. But I encountered some questions. Please see my attached picture. A was created by MEGA 4.0 and B was constructed by MEGA 6.0. All the sequences the two softwares used were the same. But the appearance of the tree and the length of the branches were so different and I think the shape of tree A was much more acceptable for academic papers. Please guide me how to shift the shape of B to that of A by using MEGA 6.0?
