Summary | 0000735: MEGA X Sequence Data Explorer feature request, and Summary View bug |
Description | In previous versions of MEGA it was possible to use Ctrl+arrow (left/right) to skip an entire page worth of sequence positions. This was very useful when navigating to high numbered positions (e.g., 4431/6307). Now, Ctrl+arrow is the same as just left/right, i.e., moving 1 position.
Summary view is slightly helpful, but even that seems to have a bug: the view does not span the entire width of the window until first resize event (then works correctly for rest of MEGA session, even after closing and reopening sequence data explorer or other data files). Also, the resize corner (and bottom status bar) are found above the data summary view until the first resize event. Blue bounding box that should display the current segment of sequence does not update the beginning location (end location seems to be in correct spot).
UPDATE: Data summary view and status bar appear correctly sized and correct locations even after closing MEGA completely, but only after the first resize mentioned above. |
