Summary | 0000793: TimeTree Wizard crashes from time-tree calibration or FASTA import
Description | I have two problems with the TimeTree Wizard: 1. I am able to calculate a time-tree, but I can't calibrate the tree. I'm able to open the calibration menu, select the taxons I want to specify divergence times of, and add multiple calibrations. However, pressing "OK" does not add the calibrations. Instead, no action is performed and MEGA spontaneously closes. This behavior is conserved across all three methods using RelTime, so I think it's an issue with the TimeTree wizard specifically. 2. Importing sequence data from the TimeTree Wizard does not work. I can load sequence data and tree data in before trying to compute a timetree, but if I try and load in sequence data using the TimeTree prompt to do so, the application either becomes unresponsive or spontaneously closes. If I import sequence data before opening the wizard, I am able to use it as active data and therefore bypass this prompt. I only have this problem when using a FASTA file. The equivalent FASTA file but in mtsx format is uploaded succesfully
Steps To Reproduce | Issue 2 - Open time tree wizard, select "Browse" under load sequence data, upload the FASTA file, and it becomes unresponsive after I try to press OK. Issue 1 - Upload the FASTA file (that does not contain protein-coding info). Quickly just calculate a neighbor-joining tree or other tree. Enter time tree wizard. Bypass selecting an outgroup. Add constraints: pick any node and enter any date info for divergence. Press OK.
Additional Information | I'm running the version of MEGA-X that was published a few days ago. I'm running it on a machine with 32GB RAM, a quad-core i7 (i7-4790), and an AMD GPU (Radeon R5 240). My OS is ubuntu 14.04
