Summary | 0001258: Problems inserting calibration points in RelTime |
Description | I have been trying to calculate divergence times using Mega in a UCEs database with 0000987:0000900 loci and ~400000bp, but the software is not allowing me to include calibration points. I have been trying in a Windows and Ubuntu platform, but I am always receiving the following message: "The following divergence time constraints were disregarded because they are invalid". This message is appearing independent of the kind of calibration point inserted.
|
Steps To Reproduce | I am opening the matrix in .meg format (it was converted in Mega from a nexus file), and them selecting the RelTime option in the Clocks menu, and then following the tutorial in time tree wizard, selecting a tree, defining an outgroup, and finally adding calibration points, where the problems appear. |
Additional Information | I have run analysis without calibration points using Mega CC and it worked fine, but, adding calibration points would be the best option for what I am intending to do. |
