Asked Charlotte for her dataset, and what version of IE she was using. Tried NJ with JTT matrix on Vista and had no issues with the caption. Waiting to hear back from her.

Tree files she sent don\'t open in MEGA, and it just freezes. Asking her to re-send them and which version of MEGA they were created in. Files might be corrupt or truncated.

She sent me another 2 MTS tree session files and neither worked on my version of 4.0.2 or 4.1 Beta 3. Asking if she got a the version from the website, or if she was given a test version before it was released as we might have changed how Tree Session was handled.

She has build 4101, the MEGA 4.1 Beta that was released was 4104, 3 builds later. Offered to send new template files which might fix the problem.

Hi Shere,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. MEGA is not supported on iPad so unfortunately, we cannot provide assistance for installing it.
