Sent him an email asking for the exact error message, and a screencap of when it dies. Also asked him if he was forwarding any sort of environment variable, since I know we had a bug with that a while ago in MEGA4 which caused problems with some institutions.

User has not responded for a week since my request for more information. If the user does not respond within one more week I will send another email or close this bug.

User has not responded, I have to assume he found a way of fixing the issue. It's cluttered to leave bugs open which there is no progress or work on.
