Summary0001819: NEXUS file not correctly exported
DescriptionVersion 10.0.5. When we export a partitioned data set as interleaved NEXUS file, the bases of the last block of each partition are not exported.
Steps To ReproduceCreate partitions in any dataset.
Export the data as Nexus file, interleaved, 40 sites per line.

Blocks of <40 sites appear as blank in the exported file, i.e. no bases behind the taxon names.

 It turns out that the TTokenizer's parser can only handle lines of a specific length. If they are too long it throws this error. This is something we should take care of in refactoring. At this point though I said that we read FASTA files natively in M5 so this specific bug is "fixed".
