Hi Tao, I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. The error message you encountered happens because the MUSCLE program that MEGA uses is a 32-bit application and therefore cannot utilize all the memory available on your system. So unfortunately alignment of some large data sets in MEGA may not be possible.
