Summary0002432: issue with infer_ML .mao file
DescriptionI tried to generate a "construct/test ML tree" with the following command line :
megacc -d infer_ML_proteinvitesfourmis.mao -a AlignementcDNAFourmisMegaPMuscle.fasta -g outgroup.txt -o ML_tree_cDNAFourmisK2G
error message :
Message = Unable to read version of MEGA Analysis Options (.mao) file
 
Message = Could not find the entry [ProcessTypes] in the MEGA Analysis Options (.mao) file provided

Hi Elsa,
I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA-CC software. It looks like you have a couple of command line parameters switched. You wrote that you call megacc like:
    megacc -d infer_ML_proteinvitesfourmis.mao -a AlignementcDNAFourmisMegaPMuscle.fasta -g outgroup.txt -o ML_tree_cDNAFourmisK2G
but it should be called like:
    megacc -a infer_ML_proteinvitesfourmis.mao -d AlignementcDNAFourmisMegaPMuscle.fasta -g outgroup.txt -o ML_tree_cDNAFourmisK2G
