Hi Elsa, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA-CC software. It looks like you have a couple of command line parameters switched. You wrote that you call megacc like: megacc -d infer_ML_proteinvitesfourmis.mao -a AlignementcDNAFourmisMegaPMuscle.fasta -g outgroup.txt -o ML_tree_cDNAFourmisK2G but it should be called like: megacc -a infer_ML_proteinvitesfourmis.mao -d AlignementcDNAFourmisMegaPMuscle.fasta -g outgroup.txt -o ML_tree_cDNAFourmisK2G Best regards, Glen Stecher Institute for Genomics and Evolutionary Medicine igem.temple.edu |
