DescriptionThe same two sequences were aligned using the MUSCLE algorithm, by codon, with gaps not deleted. The alignment outputs were different between MEGA for Windows 10 and MEGAX for OS X Catalina.

The same two sequences were aligned using the MUSCLE algorithm, by codon, with gaps not deleted. The alignment was different between MEGA for Windows 10 and MEGAX for OS X Catalina.
Steps To Reproduce1. Open two .ab1 files in MEGA
2. For both files, press "add unmasked sequence to alignment explorer"
3. Get the reverse complement of F2_F2R
4. Align using MUSCLE by codon, with gaps not deleted.
