I write to you in order to ask for help, because I read some web sites, but I am not sure if I performed well using the original tree with bootstrap or i should use the bootstrp consensous tree for my analysis. Which differences they have?

 Hi Clarisa,

I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. You should use the original tree with bootstrap as it is the tree that best fits your data. The bootstrap consensus tree is useful as a test of reliability and can be used to show strength of support for any inference you are trying to make.
