0006501: program crashed during phylogenetic analysis

Description

The phylogenetic analysis suddenly stopped at bootstrap replicate No. 768 of 1000. The window showing the progress froze and did not respond for several hours, so I had to close the software and all progress was lost. I had previously encountered the same problem when analyzing several other datasets with similar settings. The crash always occurred at approximately the same point (ca. 700-800th replicate). When using 500 bootstrap replicates, I have never experienced any issues.
