Hi Duy, I am writing in response to your question regarding the MEGA software. To save your tree in a NEXUS formatted file, you can export the tree to a text file using the Newick format and then manually create a NEXUS file using a text editor and embed the Newick string in a TREES block -- Best regards, Glen Stecher Institute for Genomics and Evolutionary Medicine igem.temple.edu |
