Summary | 0001000: I have a bit problem with phylogenetic analyzes
Description | Hello! I use Linux Mint 19.0, updated MEGAX Ubuntu/Debian GUI version. When I try to start phylogenetic analyze on the way "Data - Phylogenetic Analyzes" after alignment, massage is appeared "Invalid file path provided to NextAvailableFileName(). Filename provided was: \PhyloAnalysis.meg. Press OK to ignore and risk data corruption. Press Abort to kill the program." What can I do with it? Respectfully, Vladimir

Hi Vladimir, I am writing in response to the bug report you recently submitted regarding the MEGA software. It looks like the error you encountered because a temp directory was not correctly found on your system. As a workaround, you can export the alignment to a .meg or .fasta file, then open the file from the main form. Then you will be able to do phylogenetic analyses with the aligned data. -- Best regards, Glen Stecher Institute for Genomics and Evolutionary Medicine igem.temple.edu |
