| Summary | 0001117: Bootstrap for frequency data |
| Description | Dear Dr Kumar
To compute bootstraps with frequency data I need using Phylip package executables. It would be far more simple if this facility could be handled directly in Mega. Of course this would require working on data files in genotypic format (as in Genepop, Fstat or Create).
Do you think this could be done?
